Karen treats all her customers with courtesy, good humour and excellent service. The coffee is superb and coupled with Karen's sense of humour is an ideal way to start the day. The range and quality of the home made bakery and confectionary is outstanding. Also her cake making ability is second to none having catered for me being a Coeliac with a birthday cake.

I can't talk about the food as I didn't have an, but it's the best cup of tea I've ever had on a train journey, and the lady serving was lovely too. Update in October 2025, still a banging cup of tea!

Karen the owner, has over 20 years experience and her customer service is second to none. Karen goes above and beyond for her customers, the level of customer service is something you don't get from large chain coffee shops. Karen never fails to remember her regular customers' orders and will always make sure you get your order in time to catch your train. The service she provides makes a big difference to my mornings and makes the early morning commute that little bit easier, can't thank her enough.

C U Latte is an absolute gem. Karen’s coffee beats the chains hands-down, and her home-made rolls and treats are delicious (try the cheese and marmite!!). She somehow manages to get everyone on the train with their coffee no matter how late they (I) leave it, magic. She’s also a skilled cake-maker so if you know someone with a birthday coming up go and see her, you won’t be disappointed!

We started our journey from Farnborough last week on a high note after stopping here - lovely place, fantastic service and really good coffee and cold drink selection. Cakes and snacks looked amazing too. Will be back!
